Downloading files from the New Issue Offerings web site

Once you have selected the announcement or prospectus that you would like to download, select the corresponding "Download" button.

After you select the "Download" button, you will be prompted to either:

Open it
or
Save it to disk

Selecting "Open it" will allow you to view the announcement or prospectus (.pdf) file using the Adobe Acrobat viewer.  Selecting "Save it to disk" will allow you to save the file directly to your disk, using Adobe Acrobat.

Please select an option and click the "OK" button.  To cancel at any time, click the "Cancel" button.
